Value Stream Workshop
The SAFe® Implementation Roadmap provides a proven approach for adopting the Scaled Agile Framework®. One of the most important steps on this roadmap is to identify the Value Streams within the enterprise.
Value Streams represent the series of steps that an organization uses to implement Solutions that provide a continuous flow of value to a customer.
A SAFe® portfolio contains one or more value streams, each of which is dedicated to build and support a set of solutions, which are the products, services, or systems delivered to the Customer, whether internal or external to the Enterprise.

To identify the Value Streams within the enterprise is a crucial step in a SAFe® transformation. Getting value streams right enables the organization to accelerate the flow of value across functional silos, activities, and boundaries.
Workshop participants will learn to use and apply value stream mapping to identify their development value streams, understand how value is created, identify any impediments to value creation and create a set of improvement objectives, backlog items and an understanding of the economic benefits the enterprise can gain:
