At nest consulting, he works with clients to develop and implement successful business growth initiatives. He is skilled at integrating strategy, finance and organisational effectiveness.
Riccardo started his career as a consultant at Monitor Group in London, working with clients to develop and implement successful strategic initiatives. Riccardo was also a founding member of Monitor Group M&A advisory practice, advising clients on public and private transactions. Over time, he has gained experience across several industries including industrial goods, natural resources, healthcare and financial services.
As an independent consultant, Riccardo worked with a number of SMEs on growth and scaling up initiatives for both commercial and operational activities.
Riccardo believes deeply in the need for continuous learning and is always interested in understanding new approaches and trends. As part of his professional learning journey, he has embraced business agility as a mindset and a necessary set of practices to succeed in today’s business world.
Riccardo is a Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant. He holds a BA from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
