Delphine has extensive leadership and management experience in finance, HR, operations, quality & process improvement, project management, new business development and strategy planning. International projects across diverse industries, operations and cultures fostered her strong business acumen. She believes that growing emotional intelligence in leadership is linked to greater business success.
Delphine started her career in corporate business (Solvay – GE Corporate), gaining leadership experience across multiple disciplines. She then took P&L responsibility for a B2B Food Company in Italy (Vandemoortele Italia). Over the years she developed a strong operational and strategy implementation experience.

As an independent consultant, Delphine has worked with SME Companies, partnering with CEOs and Executive Teams on strategic initiatives ranging from business development to operational and culture objectives. is a trusted advisor to senior executives, ensuring alignment with strategy, building trust across the organization while focusing the executive team on achieving key results.

She holds an MBA at SDA Bocconi – Milan, Italy, a Master in Executive HR Strategy Sole24Ore Business School – Milan, Italy, an MA in European Economics at CEU – Nancy, France, and a degree in Commercial Engineering – UCL, Belgium.
